Collingdale Emergency Services  Memorial Dedication
Collingdale Borough dedicated a memorial on September 11, 2004

The memorial is dedicated to all fallen police, fire and ems persons from the Collingdale companies.
The memorial being unveiled.
This is the family representing Frank E. Foster.

Frank Foster was from Collingdale Fire Co #2 anmd was killed on December 26, 1961.
